- Returns are accepted for store credit ONLY.
- All returns must be made WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a store credit.
- Returned items MUST remain unwashed and unworn. In NEW condition meaning, odor free & must not contain ANY markings from deodorant, make-up, etc.
- Please ship return items to the return address stated on the original shipping label.
- All Items must be returned with a packing slip inside. We HAVE to have the order number. We cannot provide credit if we don't know who the return is for.
- We will provide store credit via a e-gift card. as soon as we receive your return, please have patience.
- Original shipping fees are NONREFUNDABLE, and the customer is held responsible for shipping & handling cost of the returned item(s).
